TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF ELECTRONIC SERVICES

1. General provisions

  1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) define the rules for the provision of electronic services by EURO24 Sp. z o.o. Sp. k., with its registered office in Rzeszów, ul. Żołnierzy 9 Dywizji Piechoty 8, Tax Identification Number (NIP): 5170356307, National Business Registry Number (REGON): 180763770, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register under number: 0000395714, email: info@euro24.com, tel. +48 17 859 20 01 (hereinafter referred to as the “Service Provider”).
  2. These Terms and Conditions have been prepared pursuant to Article 8(1)(1) of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344).
  3. A Service Recipient is any person using services provided electronically via the Service Provider’s website.
  4. These Terms and Conditions are made available free of charge in a manner enabling their acquisition, reproduction, and storage.
  5. Each Service Recipient is obliged to read these Terms and Conditions before using the Services and to comply with the provisions contained herein.

2. Type and scope of services

  1. The Service Provider, via the website managed and operated by the Service Provider, available at https://euro24.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), provides the following electronic services (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Services”):
    • a) Contact form, enabling the sending of messages to the Service Provider, constituting an electronic service consisting of providing the Service Recipient, free of charge, with the possibility to contact the Service Provider in order to obtain information regarding the offer, availability, and scope of services provided by the Service Provider within its business activity, or to receive a quotation for specific services provided by the Service Provider.
    • b) Provision of video material (webinar), consisting of enabling the user to play a video embedded on the Website, hosted on the YouTube platform.
  2. The content made available within the above mentioned Services constitutes the exclusive property of the Service Provider. Copying the content made available by the Service Provider for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

3. Conditions for the provision of services

  1. The use of the Services requires:
    • a) a device with Internet access, hardware (e.g. computer, tablet, telephone), and software enabling access to the Website;
    • b) an up to date web browser;
    • c) the use of a web browser enabling the display of websites with “cookies” and other similar technologies enabled.
  2. The use of the contact form service requires possession of an electronic mail address (email).
  3. The use of video material may require acceptance of optional cookies used by the service provider (YouTube service settings).
  4. The Service Recipient is obliged to use the Services in accordance with applicable law and these Terms and Conditions.
  5. The Service Provider shall not be liable for disruptions in the operation of the Services resulting from technical problems on the part of the Service Recipient or third parties, including YouTube.
  6. Providing unlawful content is prohibited.
  7. The Service Provider reserves the right to:
    • a) a) take action in the event of a breach by the Service Recipient of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or generally applicable laws;
    • b) take action in the event that the Service Recipient undertakes activities interfering with the uninterrupted use of the Website or Services by other Service Recipients;
    • c) refuse or limit the provision of Services in the event that the Service Recipient provides incorrect or false data required for the proper provision of the service;
    • d) temporarily or permanently discontinue the provision of Services due to maintenance activities or modifications to the Website.

4. Contact form

  1. The contact form enables the sending of messages to the Service Provider. On the Website, the Service Recipient may use various types of contact forms.
  2. In order to use the form, the Service Recipient may be asked to provide data such as: company name, first name, surname, telephone number, email address, message content, and other data indicated in the content of the contact form, depending on the type of such form.
  3. In order to use the contact form, the Service Recipient fills in the required fields indicated in the form and then sends the information to the Service Provider by clicking the “Send” button.
  4. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary in order to receive a response.
  5. The agreement for the provision of the contact form service is concluded upon the commencement of filling in the form and is completed upon its submission by the Service Recipient to the Service Provider. The agreement is terminated if the Service Recipient discontinues filling in the contact form before submitting it to the Service Provider.
  6. The contact form service is provided free of charge.

5. Provision of video material (webinar)

  1. The service consists of enabling the Service Recipient to play video material made available on the Website and embedded from the external YouTube platform.
  2. The Service Recipient is not required to register or incur any fees in connection with the Provision of video material (webinar) service.
  3. The agreement for the provision of the service is concluded upon the commencement of video playback by the Service Recipient and is completed upon the completion of the video playback. The agreement is terminated if the Service Recipient stops the playback of the video material.
  4. The Service Provider shall not be liable for the operation or availability of the YouTube service.
  5. The use of video material may be subject to the YouTube Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

6. Liability

  1. The Service Provider exercises due diligence in order to ensure the proper operation of the Services.
  2. The use of the Services may involve typical and commonly known risks related to the use of ICT equipment and the Internet network.
  3. The Service Provider shall not be liable for:
    • a) interruptions in the availability of the Services resulting from causes beyond the Service Provider’s control;
    • b) actions or omissions of third parties, in particular YouTube;
    • c) improper use of the Services by the Service Recipient;
    • d) damage caused by the Service Recipient using the Services covered by these Terms and Conditions in a manner inconsistent with the provisions hereof.

7. Personal data protection

  1. The personal data of Service Recipients is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR).
  2. Detailed information regarding the processing of personal data is available in the Privacy Policy available on the Service Provider’s website.

8. Complaints

  1. The Service Recipient has the right to submit a complaint regarding electronic services.
  2. Complaints should be submitted electronically to the following email address: reklamacje@euro24.com.
  3. The complaint should include a description of the issue and contact details.
  4. Complaints will be reviewed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  5. The complaint resolution will be provided in written or electronic form to the address indicated by the Service Recipient.

9. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
  2. Any amendments to the Terms and Conditions shall enter into force within the period indicated by the Service Provider, not shorter than 7 days from the date of their publication.
  3. In matters not regulated herein, the provisions of Polish law shall apply.
