In the case of data processed in connection with submitting a transport quotation form to the controller, the legal basis for processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, that is the legitimate interest of the controller consisting in the right to respond to received quotation inquiries. The purpose of the processing is to handle the matter to which the correspondence relates.

Data provided in contact forms may be processed by the Controller for the purpose of marketing its own services on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, in order to present offers of services provided by the Controller or to promote products and services, and where appropriate consents are given also by sending, via the accepted communication channels, commercial information and information about the Controller’s products, services, and campaigns. The legal basis for processing is the legitimate interest of the Controller, that is the right to promote its own business activity for the purpose of acquiring customers.

Only where separate consent for the processing of personal data for marketing purposes has been given, your data may be processed for marketing purposes on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR by entities affiliated with the website controller, including for the purpose of presenting offers of services provided by the Controller or promoting products and services, and where appropriate consents are given also by sending, via the accepted communication channels, commercial information and information about the Controller’s products, services, and campaigns.

The purpose of the processing is to ensure the proper functioning of the platform and to handle submitted requests, complaints, or claims.

2. Cookies

    When playing videos available on the website, as they are embedded from YouTube, clicking “Play” means consenting to the storage of marketing cookies of YouTube and the controller, as well as to the transfer of data to Google.
    Within the scope described above, we act as joint controllers of data together with the controller of the respective platform. The rules for the use of these data by social media platform controllers are set out in their privacy policies:

  3. Data processed in connection with contact forms, complaints, requests, and claims are stored for the period of limitation of potential claims related to the matter in which the request, complaint, or claim was submitted, that is no shorter than until the expiry of 6 months.
