2. The controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer – Aleksander Kremer; contact: rodo@euro24.com or by post to the registered address.

3. Your personal data will be processed: to handle the matter covered by this correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest: right to respond to inquiries); and for marketing purposes of the controller’s own services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest: right to market own services).

4. Only if you give separate consent, your data will be transferred to affiliated entities for marketing purposes (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

5. Your data may be shared with: Euro24 group companies (Express Delivery Ltd., Euro24 Express Spain s.l., Euro24 Deutschland GmbH), IT service providers, advertising agencies, and authorities entitled by law.

6. Your data will be stored for 6 months or until consent is withdrawn.

7. Withdrawal of consent is possible by sending a message to rodo@euro24.com. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

8. You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

9. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.

10. Providing your personal data is voluntary.
